Virtual Assistant Media Release Agreement

 

Effective Date: March 5, 2025

Parties Involved: SoluNexus Global LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the Applicant (“you,” “VA”).

 

By submitting your application and video introduction to SoluNexus Global LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Grant of Rights:

You hereby grant SoluNexus Global LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publicly share your submitted video(s) and likeness for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

 

Usage Scope:

Your video may be used in, but is not limited to:

• Social media content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Website materials

• Promotional advertisements

• Training and recruitment materials

• Email campaigns

No Compensation:

You understand that no monetary compensation, royalties, or further consideration will be provided for the use of your video unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Editing and Modification:

The Company reserves the right to edit, modify, or combine your video with other media as necessary for marketing or promotional purposes, provided such edits do not misrepresent or distort your image or statements.

Revocation:

You may revoke this consent by providing written notice to SoluNexus Global LLC. However, revocation will not apply to materials already published or in use at the time of notice.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:

By submitting your video as part of your application, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily providing this content.

• You have the authority to grant these rights.

• You release SoluNexus Global LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of your submitted content.
